I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at the hotel as the price seemed to good to be true, but the staff were fantastic super friendly and helpful making jokes etc, the room we were in was very dated but it didn’t take away from the weekend we had, the spa was great and breakfast was yummy. Really nice breakfast with friendly staff. Executive room had an amazing view but annoyingly the 3rd doesn’t have a lift which isn’t great with a baby. Layout of the hotel is quite confusing
