âProperty was nice enough, location good and the pub opposite was lovely.
The company that run the property though are terrible. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence.
They send a message via their website that has no way of responding to except for Whatsapp. But no one monitors or replies via whatsapp. â

âTwo adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine.
Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & donât rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you â

âIt was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. â

âComfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chefâs kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. â
