Uusi rakennuskoti tarjoaa uskomattoman avoimen konseptin, joka on suunniteltu rauhalliseksi lomaksi / rantapakoksi. Koti tarjoaa 3 täyttä makuuhuonetta suurella parvella, jossa makuutilat ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Kotiin on sisustettu makuuhuoneet ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, asuintilat toisessa kerroksessa ja parvihuone 3: ssa (upeat näkymät!) Suuri mestari tarjoaa queen-vuoteen, jossa täysi kävelykaapissa, isäntäkylpy mukautetulla suihkulla ja oma terassi. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on queen-vuode ja se on aivan makuuhuoneen nro 3 vieressä, joka on varustettu täysillä / erillisillä kerrossängyillä, joissa on kaksi parisänkyä. Loft-makuuhuoneessa on sohva (kahden hengen vyötäröllä), jossa on oleskelualue vastakkaisessa päässä. Merinäköala, suota ja varaosa näyttävät lisää tämän hämmästyttävän tilan. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on keskitetty vaihtovirta, 2. ja 3. kerroksessa on uudet stand up-yksiköt, joiden ylläpito ei vaadi ponnisteluja. Kaikissa huoneissa + parvella on pimennetyt sävyt ja tuulettimet pitävät tilan mukavana! Keittiöstä löydät ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniitti työtasot. Saaressa on 4 paikkaa, ja pöytä istuu 6. Avoimen lattian konsepti tarjoaa rauhallisen näkymän merelle ja suulle kodin kolmelta puolelta, ja tarjoaa samalla laajan avoimen tilan viihdyttävälle tai vain rentouttavalle kahdelle ylisuurelle sohvalle, jossa on sähkökäyttöiset lepotuolit.

BriVera on suunniteltu kaappaamaan hämmästyttävää luonnonvaloa ja merituulet korkeilla kattoilla ja suurilla ikkunoilla koko ajan, samalla kun se tarjoaa erityisen kosketuksen nyökkäyksellä alueelle, josta on kerätty puuta, jota käytetään koko parvella / toisen kerroksen kylpyhuoneen kattoihin.

BriVera on ihanteellinen paikka New England -lomanvietollesi. Sijaitsee Plum Islandin eteläosassa juuri ennen Park Riverin villieläinsuojelualueen sisäänkäyntiä. 3 minuutin kävelymatka hiekkaan, 5 minuutin kävelymatka ravintoloihin / kauppoihin saaren keskustassa ja 10 minuutin ajomatka moniin ravintoloihin / pieniin kauppoihin historiallisessa Newburyportin keskustassa.

The open-concept living space was bright and airy, filled with natural light, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.Cleanliness is often a concern when renting a vacation property, but this house was immaculate. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining their space, ensuring that every corner was spotless and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better! With the beach just a short walk away, we found ourselves enjoying sun-soaked days without the hassle of driving or parking while being close enough to town for great dining and shopping. Lovely beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and the bedrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The second floor living space had beautiful natural light from all the giant windows. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and although its not directly on the water you can hear the ocean from the deck. Easy off street parking too. We stayed during the off season, so the area was pretty quiet which we enjoyed. Visited some great coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well. We would love to stay again in the summer!

Beautiful home

The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend!

Perfect Getaway!

We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend!

Paradise on the Beach

Clean! Wonderful hosts! Location location location...steps from the beach...the house has everything you need and more...Lots of room, beautiful decks, steps from the beach, and so close to town. We can't wait to book again for next year! No need to search for another house...take this one while you can!

Wedding Guest Stay

Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, and kitchen was very functional. Plenty of bathrooms for our stay. Many large beach towels were made available to use. We considered using the trundle bed as a sleeping option for a child but no extra linens were readily available and the fitted sheet on that bed was not clean. The top bunk was fine for a 5 year old but didn’t seem sturdy enough for an adult or a larger child. Bath towels were clean but there weren’t extra available. Overall we found the house quite suitable and we would come back for another long weekend another time!

Lovely getaway weekend stay

Close to remarkable Parker River Refuge and beach, so convenient to Newburyport for dining, balconies perfect for enjoying the outdoors for morning coffee and conversation, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms, linens. Plenty of seating for means and conversation, felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Newburyport is very quaint. We had to drive through it each time we hit the slopes at Ski Bradford abiu 45 minutes away. Plum Island offered beatiful ocean views and the beach was a mere 5 minutes from the house. We also took the commuter train into the city that took about an house. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The house large enough for our group of 8...3 teenage girls slept in the bunk room, 2 teenage boys took the loft...83 year old Uncle stay in the queen room and my husband and I were in the master. The only complain from everyone was thar the sheets were a bit scratchy. It may be time for new sheets for all of the bed. Overall thought, the house was great.

Outstanding location -- details missed the mark

PROS: Location & Nbr'hd were awesome. Super close to beach. Quiet & peaceful. Comfy sectional couch. House layout very nice. Host communicated immediately when we alerted him to ants in the kitchen. CONS: Musty smell in bedrooms. Musty smell in towels. Kitchen felt lacking of tools, pans -- a bit beat up & tools that were there were not great quality (random, pans that did not fit tops, poor knives, poor carrot peelers, regular handsoap in a foam soap container so did not work well... that sort of thing). Overall we would consider staying here again but for the price, we think there could have better attention to detail. Better quality in kitchen items, host should provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If it were an old house with a lower pricetag, we could accept those things. But, it is a house that has been redone and should not have the musty smell present in bedrooms.

Great spot

The house was set up perfectly for our party of 5. Comfortable couch, kitchen table and a nice layout. New fridge and everything we needed for the weekend. The only feedback from the group that wasn’t positive was that some beds were uncomfortable. 2 people elected to sleep on the couch the second night because the bed wasn’t good for them. The beach was so close and so beautiful.

Good size and locaction.

Suited our needs just fine. Bed in bunkbed room was very uncomfortable. Some drains were clogged, toilets don't flush well and had no toilet paper refills. We used tissue. Main bath shower ran cold right away, but master shower was fine. Otherwise, the house was nicely stocked and all was well. Thanks!

Amazing place and people

I needed this house for only one night to surprise my 80 year old mom with her 11th and 12th great grandkids. I was excited because of the location is amazing with easy walk to beach and preserve and close to the fun local shops in town. More amazing than that was working with Caitlin who allowed us to check in early to spend as much time with family as possible as we were leaving MA the day after. She was so generous and kind and even recommended the perfect spot for the surprise. The only thing I can say even remotely negai is there are a lot of stairs and I am chunky. But so worth everything and more.

Super Plum Island Property

This home is perfectly laid out for a family beach vacation. The site is a short walk to the beach, the two decks are great, and the kitchen has just about everything needed for family dinners. It was a big plus to have all the linens provided. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.
