”Room was not clean. Furniture was stained. Pillow cases had black stains from previous guests.requested other room. That room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical free breakfast. Not the best and definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For the price it should have been nicer. ”

”Good things: it is very close the Norman Regional Hospital and is a budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bad things: Don't let the picture fool you. This hotel is in dire need of renovation and deep cleaning. The rooms are incredibly dated, featuring peeling paint, heavily stained carpets, and a pervasive, musty odor. ”Fine hotel, good breakfast, staff was also nice. Not the nicest area of Moore. Their elevator was super slow. And I'm all down for taking stairs but after walking up to the 4th floor several times, it burns the legs. But otherwise decent stay. Also there is a gas station and dollar general literally walking distance from the hotel, so that was also super convenient. ”

”The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The king studio suite was nice sized and comfortable. The bed was awesome. Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Great check-in and check-out processes. Staff was professional throughout and Jamie was great during the check-in process. The property is in a convenient location near restaurants and shops. I was there with family and the room was nicely appointed, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet. ”

”I chose not to stay at this faculty and had to book a mother room elsewhere. The furniture was old and stained. The cushion covers zippers were broken and the rest of the furniture was old and worn. The carpet was torn in a couple spots. I stepped on the carpet tack nails. There was a tree air freshener stuck on the return vent of the ac unit and the grille cover had not been cleaned very well. Not as advertised in the ap pics. Wish I could get my points back. ”

”All in all I recommend this property, because it checks all of the boxes. The location is in the middle of multiple restaurants, shopping stores, and various other amenities. I had the suite, it was very clean, was not noisy at all and the scenery from inside of the hotel is nice! Staff was very helpful with suggestions of where to get certain things with great customer service, kudos to Allen.”

”Ac unit on 4th floor caught on fire causing entire hotel to evacuate and stand outside for over an hour. Then some rooms were flooded but nobody was offered refunds or to switch to another hotel. It was unsafe and had electrical and wiring problems, outlets and lights flickered and/or simply didn't work from the moment we checked in PRIOR to the fire.”

”I would not recommend this place. I'll skip disparaging the staff too much. Suffice it to say this is a job they don't particularly care about having. The building clearly is a remodeled nursing home. It's very dingy and depressing in the rooms. We went out for the breakfast in the morning (over an hour before breakfast ends) to find everything empty and no staff attending it. I couldn't wait to leave.”
