”This place is faultless ! :~ the staff, the cleanliness, the care, the spaciousness, ambience, comfort, amenities, ... All, Everything is Wonderful, one of the Best places I've ever stayed in & I travel a lot ! Immaculately spotless whites, bright, light, clean, fresh, usually quiet with shared kitchen & ensuites, fridges & fans in rooms + TVs, sinks, kettle s, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, body & hair wash, hairdryers, towels, bedding, chairs, desks, free safe parking, within short walking distance...

”The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there ”

”I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was superb and the rooms are immaculate. The location is very peaceful with safe parking for vans etc. There are 2 good pubs local for evening meals etc. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely return.”

”We stayed for 3 night's and the manager and staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. The manager was very kind to give all of us upgrades which was a very pleasant surprise. Bedding/towels were very nice. Breakfast was very agreeable. You could choose from both continental and cooked items From the menu. Perfect spot for us as we were there visiting family/fiends in the area. Lots of great pub/restaurants to choose from in the surrounding areas.”

”I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”
