”We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. ”This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. Check in took over an hour due to issues with other check ins ex: debit credit cards not working. That's frustrating after a long drive when all you want to do is rest.”

”This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient....

”I booked this hotel for a short layover to rest before my next flight, but it was the complete opposite of what I needed. Here are the serious concerns:
Cleanliness Issues:
• Bed sheets had visible hair throughout the whole bed.
• Towels were stained yellow with what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the fabric
• Floors were noticeably dirty and grimy
• After showering, I still felt unclean due to the overall filth
• BUGS in bathroom
Safety & Comfort Concerns:
• Walk-up, outdoor hallway...
