”My reservation got canceled due to the fact that they didn’t have the two rooms and they canceled before letting me know once I came from out of town and got to the hotels when I found out my reservation was canceled on their website. It shows that they have a working pool they do not. The parking lot was very messy with trash everywhere. The lobby had trash in it on the floor.”

”After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.”

”Well maintained, immaculate hotel. Decent breakfast. Wasn’t in the worst location but wasn’t great either. Though felt personally safe, I wouldn’t have walked alone in the area around the hotel. Not many food options nearby.”

”Front desk gal was a gem! Always helpful and happy to do her job. Always appreciate staff like this! Did not get her name but she had dreads… room was clean. Pool had bugs but front desk happily came to clean it up! Definitely a great place to stay!”

”Front desk staff were great, but vendor staff could improve their interpersonal skills by smiling, looking at you, acknowledging your presence, handing towels and not just tossing those at you, and a simple have a good one will help, even a you welcome in response.”

Second room smelled better. Hotel needs updated. Ceiling tiles missing through the hallway. Tons of parking. Great location being by the highways.”
