”The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!”

”We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they...

”Clean”

”The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,”

”Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast. ”

”They weren’t expecting a lot of people. Check in was not ready at 3pm.”

”We were charged 2 or 3 different prices for drinks. Very sketchy. Also, no cash transactions so if you don't want to rack up a huge room charge bill don't tell them your room number. Just use your credit card instead. Especially, in the Waterpark food and beverage area. Premium seating is over rated and way too expensive.”

”Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

”The bathroom floor had water on it when I arrived. The shower curtain had mold. When I arrived there was a guest outside smoking marijuana and the halls and elevator smelled like it as well. The WiFi didn’t work either. Overall it was not a good experience ”

”These people are fantastic. Ill never stay anywhere else but here ! Love love love it”
