”The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the floor to the point where it was on the bottom of our feet. The shower had not been cleaned, there was hair covering the drain and stains on the shower walls. There was also hair on the pillow and on the comforter. The room was clearly not cleaned. I complained to the desk attendant on checkout and she did not even respond.
Not only was my room dirty but the elevators are filthy as well. I do not recommend.”

”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”This hotel is a little bit older, outdated with need of maintenance. There were missing celling tiles in the hallway that showed some water damage. My room had a back door to the balcony that would have been lovely if it were not for the wasp nest outside next to the door. Moreover, there was a gap under the door that allowed bugs to come in, which we found a centipede, a beetle and a stink bug inside our room. The musty smell in the room didn't help.
