”A stunning, relaxing place, with amazing views over the gardens and mountains. One of the top places where I've ever stayed at. Breakfast is abundant and of good quality, you can also dine in the hotel restaurants (very good food). You can get to nearby vineyards in Constantia with a 10min cab ride. Try also the Ansanga spa - we really enjoyed it! I only wish I could've stayed longer.”

”They are so sweet and caring at the guest house, it feels like you are visiting someone’s home. They offer a nice breakfast and the area is safe and the guest house is gated. I can really recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Town and wants to stay close to the city. ”

”Thank you to Mark and the team for a wonderful, fautless stay. Plenty of shops and several food options round the corner. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience. A delicious breakfast served by a lovely team. Great for working peacefully. And a beautiful short walk for meetings at UCT Upper and Middle Campus. Hope to have a reason to return in the future.”

”Oh how lovely to be in a creative environment and enjoy the lovely pottery pieces all over the property. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. We were so appreciative to be able to use the washing machine too.
There are some lovely restaurants a 5 min walk away in Second Avenue.
We will definitely be back next year on our return to Cape Town.”

”Rooms are nicely decorated and are not just typical 5 star hotel plain/flavorless rooms. Breakfast was excellent as well as the 5 Rooms Restaurant (live Jazz band was definitely a nice plus!). Service and room service was efficient and attentive. We had fantastic 3 days in Aplhen and would go there again!”
