”Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing...
