”This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. ”Air conditioner was not controlled by thermostat, either on the unit or on the wall. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees.
