Comfortable house great location

House was set up nicely - clean spacious - comfortable beds and nice linens . outdoor space in front and roof top area w plenty of seating. Walkable to downtown - shopping - cliff walk . Nice to have parking for 2 cars Will definitely go back again

Good location, nice property.

Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus.

My husband and I stayed here with my college roommate and her husband. The weather was horrible but we still had a wonderful time thanks in part to this beautiful space. We loved the fact that there were 2king bedrooms with full baths. We didn’t have to flip a coin for the better room. Not easy to find. No personal extras. Bring your own games just in case!

as i mentioned already, our experience with you wasn't a good one. the wait times to hear back are signficant, and when you're traveling, thats not acceptable. for $700/night, i expect immediate replies. as i get with every other host i've used on VRBO. and i mentioned to the office across the street, the unit is full of ants. i'm not publishing this feedback, but i wouldn't chose this unit again as other hosts have been far more responsive. thank-you.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport. We are two adult couples and liked the fact that the two bedrooms were identical. We enjoyed all of the living spaces including the two decks. The room on the top floor has a fold out sofa and a full bath so three couples would be comfortable. The bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen and living room on the second so it could be noisy in the bedrooms when people started roaming around upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. We did not cook any meals but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. The location of the apartment was a highlight as we could walk to the many great restaurants and shops in Newport. Ubers were readily available for visits to the mansions, cliff walk and beaches.

Greatest stay and centrally located

Our family had the best time given the quick access to beaches and shops. The place had all that we needed and it was super clean. We loved having parking and 2 porches with great views. We plan to return soon!

Upscale accommodations in awesome location

Located on Thames Street, we left our in their designated spots (two for our rental) and easily walked and biked all around Newport. The rooftop deck provided great sunset views after a day out around town before dinner. Restaurants are plentiful, but the kitchen is also well set up for cooking in if you desire. Both bedrooms and ensuites were on the ground floor that provided amazing water pressure in the shower. I'd seek to stay here again next time I'm in Newport.

Gorgeous and spacious

With three levels, our group of four had plenty of space. We easily could have had another couple or some kids stay on the gorgeous pullout sofa with an additional bedroom. Location was prime, and the house is newly renovated and outfitted. We had a great time visiting Newport.

Amazing property

The property and accommodations were amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the mansions. The only drawback was being woken up every morning at 7:00 by the construction and workers at the back of the house. When construction is finished it will be great.

Gorgeous space, perfect location

Had the best stay here! Can’t wait to come back. The only flaw was some noise in the street level bedrooms and the lack of blankets for the living room (although it was 50 degrees in June…) Gorgeous place and the roof deck and kitchen made it such a great place for socializing with each other. My favorite stay in Newport so far!
