This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles).

The view is the star attraction here, whether you're sipping your coffee on the covered balcony or watching the waves roll in through the living room's picture window. Summer or winter, the condo is bright and comfortable. Prepare meals with ease in the open kitchen, sit down for dinner and card games at the dining table, and stream movies by the gas fireplace afterwards - all with a view of the ocean.

In the evenings, there's another TV in the bedroom, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, and complimentary WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's adventures. There are even two full bathrooms - one for the bedroom and one for your guests on the living room sofabed.

• All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
