”Overall, we had a great stay. The location is hard to beat—you can literally walk across the street, head down the stairs, and you're on the beach. We also had a great sunset view between the two larger hotels nearby.For anyone traveling with dogs, the fenced backyard is a huge plus. We didn't leave our dogs out there unattended, but having a secure yard made the stay much easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like a husky or another long-haired white dog...

With two separate bedrooms and a full bath, plus a reasonably well-stocked kitchen, it made a very good spot for our almost week-long stay. That said, it could use some spiffing up. It has older kitchen and bath decor and fixtures, the floor is a bit uneven, and there are many stains on the living room carpet. We were very happy there!”

”The property was in disrepair and unclean condition. There was a leaky faucet, the toilet chain had to be attached, The bathroom smelled like it needed a deep cleaning as did the whole place.
