”The room itself was clean but there were several issues with the property. First off, the pool and hot tub area is FILTHY. It smelled like a dirty bathroom and after about 2 minutes in the hot tub I immediately had to get out because I felt like I was soaking in barely warm toilet water. The room had a toilet that barely flushed, the tv remote needed new batteries and only worked some of the time, and the shower had no hot water.
