”The Ashville Guesthouse is a charming property just on the outskirts of Westport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with something for every taste. The full Irish breakfast was excellent. Hilary and Oliver are exceptional hosts and make their guests feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and will book again if my travels take me back to the area.”

After mentioning this nothing happened 2) No access to sauna for a 15-year-old with the parents and no other people in the spa area. ”First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed. ”The room was great! Much bigger than what we anticipated. A bit on the warm side but we opened the window and let it air for a bit to cool down. I think they sell themselves short on their "light bites". We had a lovely lunch in the hotel on the day of arrival. A very tasty celeriac soup and salmon sandwich. Everyone was catered for, kids and people with allergens alike. The same goes for breakfast, plenty to choose from and lovely staff. I'm sure we'll be back again. ”

”We had a nice stay here. Loved Westport. Easy to walk downtown from the location. Many great options for restaurants and pubs. Room was too hot with no way to control the heat, but were able open the windows to make it comfortable. ”
