”The beds are absolutely terrible, as are the pillows and comforters. They need replaced. The wall paper is peeling away from the walls. The restaurant was the worst part. We arrived around 6:40pm the first night, went for dinner and stood waiting for the hostess for about 5 minutes. Was seated around 6:45pm and had decided what we wanted but every server walked by and didn’t say a word or even acknowledge that we had been there for a bit or even ask if they could take our order or get us drinks....

”Very accessible to the hospital and easy to get from place to place. Brewed coffee by the cup is very nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the grab bar in the shower is at the wrong end of the tub. It should be at the non-shower head end so when you need it to step in and out of the shower you aren’t right next to the toilet. Very inconvenient placement especially for seniors that really need to use it.”
