Located on the Atlantic Coast between Padstow & Newquay Ideal for holidaying all year round popular with both walkers and surfers this beautiful contemporary and quirky home certainly lives up to its name, not only for its laid back relaxing feel, but also for it’s fun finishing touches, giving this home a cool vibe & making it the perfect pad to enjoy a memorable seaside holiday (Hoff Style). Patio doors lead to a peaceful garden with hot tub. Large games room features a full sized pool table.

The Space:
This beautiful house has been decorated with a quirky and fun feel. The house is child and dog friendly (must bring human) and is perfect for families and friends getting together. We can accomodate up to 9 guests!
Relax and have some fun after a busy day exploring the local beaches and attractions. If you want some time away from the hustle and bustle the stunning views and idyllic location allow for some quiet reflection.
Set over 2 floors this stunning property is very spacious and has plenty of space for a large group of friends or a family or 2! The large living/ dining area is a fantastic social hub for the whole gang to chill out after a long day on the beach, or why not unwind with a glass of wine in the Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Entire Property is yours to enjoy for the entirity of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
We have private allocated parking spaces for 3 cars for your use. Once you’re here there’s plenty of shops, places to eat, things to do and of course the beach and sea within a few minutes walk.

Newquay Airport is only a few miles away.

There's a regular local bus from the village centre.

There are some amazing walks from the front door including along the Coast Path to either the stunning Bedruthen Steps or Watergate Bay. We also love the countryside walk through woods and fields to the pretty village of St Mawgan.

Foodies will love the award-winning Scarlet Hotel Restaurant on the headland, where you can sample the taster menus or let yourself be enticed by one of the main courses. With Padstow just a short drive away, home to Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and the iconic Rick Stein’s, you'll be spoilt for choice. For laid back dining, try The Merrymoor Inn on the beachfront or The Falcon Inn in St Mawgan. The Beach Hut at Watergate Bay is perfect for a drink with a view.

Getting Around:
Busses north run every 2 hours at half past the hour from opposite the pitch and putt.
You can visit St. Eval, Porthcothan Bay, St Merryn, Harlyn Bay or Padstow.
To the south its every 2 hours on the hour and you can get to Newquay, Porth, Watergate Bay and Tregurrian.
Newquay Airport is a 10 minute drive in either a taxi or there is a bus every 2 hours.

Other Things to Note:
There is a "Pick n Mix" selection of Boogie boards and wetsuits in the garage, feel free to borrow them if you are heading to the beach!
