”Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

”Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. ”

”Stayed in room 201 which was all very nice until 3am when the air-conditioning hardware in the ceiling void made some horrendous vibration noises along with a squeal which sounded like the fan bearing. Boiled the kettle in the morning for it to boil but when it turned itself off the plug had a massive electrical arc causing damage to the cable. I showed the video of the noise and the damage cable to reception, very disappointed not to be offered compensation for my inconvenience given my...
