Huvilat – Newtonmore

”Mukava ja viihtyisä vaikkakin hieman tyyliltään vanhentunut hotelli. Huone isokokoinen ja hyvin varusteltu, mm. lämmin kuivausteline. Autopaikkoja pihalla vähänlaisesti. Aamupala hyvä. Mukava henkilökunta.”

”This is a newly renovated and very tastefully designed hotel! Loved it! Also the beds and the bed sheets were excellent.”

”All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding.”

”Wonderful host! Great location for travellers, just next to the A9. We loved the lounge and the fireplace. Lovely breakfast!”

”Good customer service”

”Not the best service in the bar”

”This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

”The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.”

”Excellent stay. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet room even though there was a named storm with 70mph winds you wouldn't have had a clue until you looked out the window, also never heard any noise from other guests. Would definitely stay again.”

”The property is sweet and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location close to town is perfect if you want to park and walk about. The best part is the host Gary who is full of information on the areas and happy to give ideas on what sites to visit. Sue prepares a lovely breakfast and Gary serves it at your preferred time.”

”Siisti huone, hyvä aamiainen, jossa gluteeniton ruokavalio huomioitu. Loistava sijainti.”

”I often stay at this hotel Great location Big spacious room and the stsff are a credit to the hotel”

”Clean modern room. I liked that there was a small kitchenette included. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the train station/ bus stops. A fantastic stay while in Aviemore.”

”Only stayed one night, so was fine for a stop over. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.”
