”The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting.
There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment....

”Everything was pristine and all we could possibly need (and more) was supplied. The welcome basket was appreciated. Lovely outdoor area with barbecue and lighting. Inside so much space for our multi generational family. The position is perfect. Shops are nearby and the beach is across the road. We hope to return.”

”We had 4 nights in the bungalow. Was a joy to stay. Had everything we needed at the property and ample space for all 8 of us. Check in was easy and the accommodation was spotless. Kitchen was large with plenty space with 2 fridges. We all enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings whilst watching the sun setting which at the same time watch the cattle head down the field.”

”The Easter Kincaple Farmhouse was perfect for our group of 12 golfers. Plenty of room, very well appointed for kitchen needs, washer /dryer, washrooms, etc. The property itself was gorgeous as well. Better than advertised!”

”Ferhan and his family were great hosts. They met us at check in and took some time to show us the property and go through the house rules. The only challenge we had was we were unable to use the shower in the master bathroom due to the shower design likely to flood the room. Otherwise was just as described.”
