”This fantastic coastal home was an absolute joy to stay in, with attention to detail and gorgeous views with both sunrises and sunsets enjoyed by all.
This is a unique property with plenty space for a group of 10 people.
Access to the beach at Broughty Ferry just a stones throw away makes for a beautiful stay.
Thanks to our host and her absolutely flawless communication and care. We will be back! ”

”We were disappointed that there was no welcome pack, not even a teabag. The location is wonderful, but for the money paid, cleanliness wasn’t great. The dishwasher hadn’t been completely emptied, cobwebs visible, sofa corners - not pleasant & log basket wasn’t full for our first cold night indoors. The downstairs shower leaked water all over the floor under the glass side panel. But the house is lovely - just a bit more TLC.”

”We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house had tons of space, with modern touches and en suite bathrooms that made it incredibly comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to great restaurants and the courses at St Andrews.Marvyn, the host, was fantastic: responsive, helpful, and even assisted us when we accidentally left a few items behind.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!”

”The trash in the front yard, totally unkept landscaping, mold in the bathroom and inside of the refrigerator off-putting. We could not figure out how to make the shower work.
The communication was as expected, but this place should not be rented in the condition that it's in. ”
