”The hotel is charming on the outside. The interior is more of a standard hotel, a bit tired/dated in some respects. But it was clean, the room was comfortable & the bathroom was large and updated. It was convenient having a restaurant/bar on the premises and it was walkable to a restaurant nearby - Salatinos. ”The hotel was super as usual. The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave. I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control. Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too. Staff were professional and helpful.”
