”Before checking in, we were getting strange vibes. As we entered through the sliding doors, the overwhelming chlorine odor. As we were checking in, we noticed the breakfast area in the lobby and it was disappointing. We checked in and went to our room that was off the lobby. The room needs updates. We didn't even sit on the bed.”

”From the front door, we were excited to stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was inviting. Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Only drawback is the ice machine was broken and we had to go to another floor. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast. ”

”Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again.”
