”Hellpful, super kind staff. A lot of food choices, but always the same every day. Beautiful view from the room. Gym seems to be small at peak hours and children are playing inside, although the gym is 16+ ”

”The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem...

The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.”

”Nice resort! Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine. It’s definitely worth it! We would come back. ”

”This property was beautiful, however extremely hard to find. We also had a room for 3 people and getting additional towels was a hassle. We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities ”
