”Huone iso ja siisti, aamiainen tuodaan huoneeseen, joten vähän suppea. ”

”Great location very clean”

”I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!”

”Great location. Even though they are renovating the rooms it still feels dated.”

”Paikka oli siisti, huone sopivan kokoinen. Henkilökunta opasti lähikaupalle aamupala ostoksille.”

”Lobby was warm and cozy reminded me of a log cabin. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. They served Star Buck products, the cappuccino was excellent. The hot tub wasn’t so clean I only used it once other than that everything was amazing.”

”Good location to see the Falls. It's walking distance but easy to take talxi as well. Shuttle bus might be challenging to find/use. Breakfast was ok, very crowded though. Service was working fine, hotel staff were helpful and polite with good instructions about Falls.”

”If you want to see Niagara Falls from your hotel room, choose this hotel. I stayed on 9th and 11th floors and the views of Niagara Falls will be carved to my memory forever. The breakfast is also excellent even with a station chef. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a window that wasn't properly closed and the staff quickly changed my room. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi, but I didn't have the time to try it. Thank you for a memorable stay!”

”Ok”

”Clean room, comfortable bed. 10 minute walk one way to the casino, 10 minutes the other way to Clifton Hill, 20 minutes to get to the falls. TV didn't have a lot of channels available . . but that is fine for a short stay.”

”Toilet wasn’t working well in our room, and the jacuzzi tub had hair in it. Only spent one night so we didn’t spend much time using the amenities.”

”Very disappointing experience! I paid $35 for hotel parking, expecting better security, but someone stole belongings from my car. Despite having cameras installed, the hotel didn’t even bother checking the footage. Staff showed no courtesy or concern and simply said they couldn’t help. Ironically, even a $5 parking lot has a security guard on duty, while this hotel has none. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend!”
