As we enter the beautiful fall season, it's prime time for fruit picking here in Niagara. Just a heads-up: fruit flies may become common visitors if food is left out or sweet liquids are poured down the sinks.

We’ve taken care of the drains and set out a few traps to help keep them at bay. If you do pour anything sugary down the drains (like pop, wine, or fruit juice), please help us out by boiling some water and pouring it down the drain afterward. It makes a big difference!

House Rules:

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please note our house rules:

Guest Registration: Once you confirm your booking, a guest registration link will be sent to you. Please fill it out and return it.

Respect Local Guidelines: We take city bylaws seriously, as noncompliance can lead to fines and loss of our rental license. Thanks for understanding!

Capacity: No parties/events, and a maximum of 8 adults on the property.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise/music to a minimum after 9 PM—this is a local short term rental bylaw.

Smoking: No smoking indoors or near entrances/windows, please.

Parking: Limit of 4 cars in the driveway—no street parking allowed.

Pet Policy: We welcome small dogs only, with a maximum of 2.

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, and we aim to provide a quiet retreat for our guests.

Please note: we have a no warning policy for noise complaints after 10 PM. If we receive a complaint, the contract will be voided, and all guests may be asked to leave.
