We reserved on Expedia and we're not told about this for-us defect. If you reserve directly at the site they supposedly tell you about this. We lucked out and the band did not show up on Saturday night but Friday night...

"If you want to see Niagara Falls from your hotel room, choose this hotel. I stayed on 9th and 11th floors and the views of Niagara Falls will be carved to my memory forever. The breakfast is also excellent even with a station chef. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a window that wasn't properly closed and the staff quickly changed my room. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi, but I didn't have the time to try it. Thank you for a memorable stay!"
