”Amazing property and location, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing to stress about. Downstairs showerhead needs to be replaced and I had issues turning off the living room lights. It's a dimmer switch and sometimes it would not go to the off position. Again, nothing to stress about but worth mentioning. I wish I had tools to tidy up some stuff 😅 TP holder on upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened as well as toilet seat.”

”We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it...

”Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. ”

"Very ordinary hotel under the name of Hilton. No any additional service like car rental, concierge as is mentioned in reservation pages. Very big minus because I did take this hotel for having those services too!! Shower don't pull, pool area is dirty. I did give t-shirts, socks etc to loundry and did tell many times, don't use dryer machine because they are merino woll. But they did, 5 Icebreaker t-shirt, 3 new is now one size smaller, 70 $ to 95 $ each! Staff need training, I did order same drink in bar and barmen ask me " at the same glass?". Only really positive is the receptionist young girls, which are very helpful, kind and smiley."
