”The worst bed I have ever slept in, they need to just throw it away. Thin uncomfortable pillows. Did not sleep well. Room only had about a quarter roll of toilet paper and no extras. ”They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!”
