Hotellissa haluaa ehdottomasti nukkua siisteissä ja tahrattomissa patjoissa. Vähän jo pinnatkin alkaa kulumaan hotellihuoneissa, joten niitäkin tulisi alkaa jo remontoimaan. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, tämä hyvä asia. Ruoka mielestäni hyvää tasoa. "

"New areas of this resort like lobby, seafront restaurant and infinity pool are modern contemporary style. The rooms instead are clean but outdated. I give 3 star only becouse all inclusive package is somewhat poor. Food is medicore at best and drinks are available only at far end bar"

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"

"You cant change the room temperature (AC) and they gave us broken fan, bathroom was always flooding"
