”Not great. It’s near a high school and limited transportation. Outdated appliances, the shower was cold and loud due to some plumbing issues. Traffic is loud as it’s near the main road also by a fire dept. Dead pests in cheap blind shades they provide they refused to maintain and clean. The tv remote was broken and no battery replacement. The cooling system barely worked and it was hot during the night. The price is highly priced for a questionable neighborhood they claim is quiet & safe. The...

”This property was great for our one night need! Basic amenities of refrigerator, microwave, AND most important, Keurig Coffee maker! Slept 5. Very clean and neat. Great communication with owner!”

”Very apprehensive upon arrival entering small rocky courtyard and the stepping stones a little difficult. Turned the corner to a lovely very well kept inviting back yard. Walked into a cool summer basement apartment. The kitchen is a girly girl pink with perfect black accents. Loved our king bedroom, 2nd bedroom roomy and darling mushroom spacious bathroom. We would return!”

”I had a great stay while visiting Spokane. The loft was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind and responsive, and the whole experience was easy from check-in to check-out. It was a peaceful place to return at the end of the day, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

”Clean room, couch & chair looks nothing like picture (well worn). Deodorizers faded to reveal former smoking damage one day in. Being in a basement studio warrants hearing noises and footsteps from above at odd hours. Bed is clean and comfortable and I managed to sleep well regardless. If you like city hiking the location is decent. Otherwise, this is a good last-minute booking, though I would look elsewhere for peace, quiet and smoke-free lodging.”

”Everything was clean, well-stocked, comfy bed, good location, and the hosts were great and quick to respond. One side thing to mention for sound sensitive people like myself - you can hear everything in the other units (talking/t.v./walking around and up and down the stairs). Thankfully people were respectful of the quiet hours but again, if you have sensory issues like me, bring some headphones. Otherwise, absolutely great property!”
