”The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. The grass hadn’t been mowed in quite some time when we arrived Thursday evening. It did get mowed at some point Friday while we were out. A lot of construction...

Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.”

”This property was awesome! It was the perfect size for a family of 3. House was great. Boat dock was great. Parking was great.... You get the idea.. Boat ramp 1.5 mile away. Crappie fishing was awesome and also caught several nice slabs off the dock. Overall a great place to stay. We will definatly be back. Our host Ivey was wonderful and had quick responses to any questions we had. Till next trip...”
