”Close to downtown”

”This was a great vacation”

”This hotel offers decent value for money. Room was spacious, bed was ok and the bathroom clean. Plenty of parking available. The area this hotel is in doesn't seem super nice and as far as I know had limited food options especially later in the day. ”

”Noisy a/c. Scratchy sheets.”

”The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! ”Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.”

”Quiet. Clean. Awesome staff. Will definitely stay here again.”

”Small dust spots above bed on ceiling. Bathroom toilet seat loose. Bathroom outdated. Bed and furniture were very nice”

”There was a pill found under the chair in our room. The heater was so loud that we just turned it off. Front desk said that’s just the...

”We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!”

”Enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the front desk was very professionally and accommodating. I Truly enjoyed my stay.”

”This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.”

”We loved the view of the river. The staff was kind and helpful. We used the shuttle for picking up and dropping off our rental car and getting to the train station the next morning. Breakfast was very nice but not included. The waiter provided excellent service. The bathroom tub caulking was moldy black and pink along with a slightly moldy bathmat. Both needed replacing. Also the shower head was broken causing uneven flow. There was no microwave which we had in the room in our previous stay....

”Front desk staff was friendly. Everything else was poor. The floor was held together with black tape and was dirty. The refrigerator did not work and the area was noisy.”
