The only point to take into account is the undercover parking which has no lift access. My advise drop your luggage and non weight baring quests at the drop off point before finding a car spot. ”Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and newly renovated.
Very friendly staff, great location!
One thing to note.. the room I was staying in was facing the main road so there were traffic/tram noises throughout the day and night.. however the noise isn’t as loud once the balcony door is shut.”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”Great 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly.
Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it.”
