”First - this is a camp with tents so you cannot expect hotel level amenities. Unless you have been camping before it may be dirty and discusting. If you have been camping you probably will find this quite luxurious, clean and working. The tents are relatively big and have working toilets and showers. They are clean - considering they are in a "jungle" or at least in rural woods. We had a few scorpions (tiny) and lizards accompanying us, but they are not dangerous. The staff was really friendly...

”Leopard Trails is a fabulous rustic luxury camp in the beautiful Wilpattu Park. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Sri Lanka! The Naturalist guide who took us on safari was attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely great guy. Back at camp, the rooms were comfortable and the private dining candle lit dinners were magically romantic. I recommend the suite with the plunge pool, it was bliss after a hot and dusty drive on safari. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this special place! ”

”Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!”

”Olimme täällä yhden yön, tarkoituksena kiertää Anuradhapuran temppeleitä. Sijainti oli syrjässä keskustasta, mutta saavuimme vasta illallisen jälkeen ja lähdimme heti aamupalan jälkeen, joten sijainti ei haitannut. Temppelit on niin laajalla alueella, että niiden kiertämiseen tarvitsee joka tapauksessa jonkun kulkupelin. Tämä paikka järjesti meille auton ja kuljettajan. Huoneessa piti olla yksi iso ja yksi tavallinen parisänky. Molemmat olivat samankokoisia, suomalaisen parisängyn...

”Roshea, our host, was super friendly and smiling. We asked to change our room from one double bed to two beds and he did with kindliness. The pool was very welcome after visiting Anuradhapura. The breakfast was excellent! 10 on 10!”

”The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. ”

”We are a family of five with three adult daughters and we very much enjoyed our stay. I can summarise by saying we were happy with everything and everyone there, and the location is a good base for visiting Anuradhupura. Nilketha has a very nice ambience with two large areas for relaxing. Rooms were very clean with air-conditioning and fans. The pool is very nice and refreshing after a long day and our three daughters felt comfortable in their bathers - unlike some places. Great sunset...
