”The house is very pretty and clean on the inside. No great shakes on the outside, but it is similar to other placer\s we've stayed in Killeen in those terms and is on par with the neighborhood. The host was great, and worked with us on the first night on a few small issues and made sure they were done before cutting out for the night. It also convenient to almost everything, basically 4 minutes to the main highway. I would highly reccommend.”

”Everything was so nice, beautiful, and thoughtfully set up. There were refreshments in the fridge, coffee, and fans to make sure you were cool enough. We felt very comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows were a bit flat for our taste, and there was some creature leaving poop frequently on the sidewalk…. So had to watch our step. There was also a used tissue on the steps and full overflowing trash cans out front when we arrived. Very clean otherwise, and quiet neighborhood location.”

When we were about 30 minutes away and already past our scheduled check-in time, we contacted the host for the access code but received no response. After several unsuccessful attempts, we reached out to VRBO customer service, who then tried to contact the host.Only after VRBO became involved did the host respond, stating there was a plumbing issue and that the property could not be rented. Fortunately, VRBO stepped in and helped resolve the...
