”The check in was easy and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and the lady in charge was excellent. The only thing that I we would say is the foot noise from above sometimes was loud.”

”Breakfast starts at 6am but for people who have to leave early like us we didn't get to try it. The room was clean a little chilly they had the air conditioning on we turned it off. The bathroom was stocked with Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in big bottles that were on the shower wall. Had a refrigerator with a freezer which we used to freeze my ice pack. It also had a microwave but we didn't use it. The only 2 things that was wrong in our room was the bed was hard and the TV...

”Miss Veronica was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I love how they now have microwaves in all the rooms. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Love it!!.”

”Lots of shops near by. There was lots of variety at breakfast and they kept refilling the choices. It was managed well. Loved the baxon we had one morning.”

”The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and didn’t even seem to enjoy her job. When the owner was there, she was very kind and accommodating. However, staff at the front desk kind of ruined things.”

”Everyone was very nice, especially the lady at the desk on the 19th and 20th. The TV was horrible!!!! Channels 1 through 35 were unavailable. Those are the main channels. The ones that were available the program did not match the guide. The channels were 2 positions off!”

”Staff was so nice and helpful! We stayed for a baseball tournament and they opened breakfast early so our boys could eat before we left for the day!”

”Our couch was broken and the TV in the bedroom only had sound, no picture. Reported to the staff and no offers to fix or change rooms was made.”

”They are struggling with staffing it seems. Our room wasn't cleaned or restocked even after asking. Had to ask again the day it was supposed to be done and finally semi cleaned the next day but room was not restocked with all the items that it should have been. Maintenance seems to be poorly lacking, our toilet had a bad seal and waste water was literally leaking from behind toilet into wall and its obvious it been that way for a while.”
