”Just a basic property. No thrills or drills. If you just need location and a place to sleep you are good. Breakfast is super limited. Very crowded in a small space. Items are not replenished or maintained during the operation time. It is an old Hampton Inn. Front desk often has a sign that says they will be back in 15 minutes. A very long 15 minutes. Rooms and hallways smell damp and musky at tines. Carpet has stains. Overall I would give it a c rating.”

”Everyone was very nice, especially the lady at the desk on the 19th and 20th. The TV was horrible!!!! Channels 1 through 35 were unavailable. Those are the main channels. The ones that were available the program did not match the guide. The channels were 2 positions off!”

”This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

”The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

”Check in was quick, even though I was early. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was larger than expected, and the bed was amazing.”

”Breakfast starts at 6am but for people who have to leave early like us we didn't get to try it. The room was clean a little chilly they had the air conditioning on we turned it off. The bathroom was stocked with Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in big bottles that were on the shower wall. Had a refrigerator with a freezer which we used to freeze my ice pack. It also had a microwave but we didn't use it. The only 2 things that was wrong in our room was the bed was hard and the TV...

”The room was NOT cleaned properly. The "guests" were transient, homeless, drug riddled and prostitutes. The hot water was out one of the days during my stay. The staff were polite, but unable to solve any issues. The pool area was disgusting. NOISEY AT ALL HOURS from the other "guests"! I've been going there for the last 4 years and I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL/MOTEL!!!”

”Was told to be in the lobby at 520am for the 530am airport shuttle, no shuttle ever showed up and I had to Uber there.”

”People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend”
