”Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a nice firm mattress, but worn down from too much use and not support. For a hotel, you have three jobs: comfortable bed, quiet environment to sleep, and clean, hot shower. Got 2 out of 3.”

”I used the parking for the airport. Shuttle to airport was great. Pick up was not. Called hotel for pickup and stood in area directed. Driver was not told where we were and drove on without picking us up. Had to call for a second pickup which meant we waited in total about 35 minutes for a shuttle. ”

”This property is absolutely disgusting. We decided not to even stay at the hotel and were told we couldn't get a refund even though the room was unacceptable. Buyer beware with this one. ”

”The room was dirty. the floors looked liked they had not been mopped in months. My daughter dropped some juice in the floor and when i cleaned it up with a towel the towel was filthy. ”

Had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was huge and worked great. While the price may have been an indicator that it wasn’t the nicest hotel, the pictures led me to believe that there’d be a certain standard of expectation. Upon checking in, we were directed to our room. On our way there, we found there was trash outside of the rooms and in the parking lot. The first room we were provided had an odor of cigarettes, so we asked to change. ”

” I would like to share a few concerns regarding our recent stay. First, I would like to note that the front desk receptionist was very pleasant, welcoming, and informative, which we appreciated. At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, upon further inspection, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The toilet had urine and visible residue inside, as well as urine on the toilet seat. In addition, the shower and the bathroom floor also appeared to have been overlooked during...
