”The hotel was not as the reviews stated. The hallways had an awful stench and the rooms needed to be updated and cleaned better.”

”I always stay here. Very affordable, so it is my go to when i need a nap and shower between work in Nashville. The water pressure and heat is consistent and great. I have NEVER been bitten by bed bugs here, and I have in almost every other Nashville hotel I have tried”

”I wouldn’t stay here again. There was a high pitched noise coming from somewhere outside but you could hear it inside the room and it went on all night.”

”This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

”The location of the property was really convenient for us. Overall, it was okay. We did have to make a run and purchase our own pillows and blankets 😅 the ones provided were not very comfortable. Also, no microwave either in the room.”

”Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.”

”The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

”The owners/employees were very kinda and nice but this stay wasn’t anything nice. Broken outlets and broken switches and we did find bugs (2 roaches and other crawlers) we did not find or come onto any bed bugs so that was a plus. Sheets had stains and bathroom had a musky smell. I wouldn’t stay again but it was a good place if u just need a place to sleep for a night.”

”Way better than expected. Clean, warm. Warm Water in shower, fast food restaurants around The corner. Nice service, looks exactly like something from movies. I would recommend.”

”Was told to be in the lobby at 520am for the 530am airport shuttle, no shuttle ever showed up and I had to Uber there.”
