”The hotel was not as the reviews stated. The hallways had an awful stench and the rooms needed to be updated and cleaned better.”

”I always stay here. Very affordable, so it is my go to when i need a nap and shower between work in Nashville. The water pressure and heat is consistent and great. I have NEVER been bitten by bed bugs here, and I have in almost every other Nashville hotel I have tried”

”The rooms were updated and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done but just a little tight. Our family of 3 had ample space. The owners did a nice job of upgrading the building. The pool area was clean. The staff were cordial and polite. There is plenty of parking and you are walking distance to several well known places to eat where the food is good. Would not hesitate to stay there again.”

”From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt welcomed. Rochelle was so personable and did all she could to explain the amenities and be available. Another staff member was also very helpful and provided information about local eateries and attractions. Enjoyed our stay and recommend Brentwood Suites.”

”The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean”

”Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.”

”The property was beautifully maintained. The room and the rest of the building was really well maintained. The amenities were very useful as was the close parking. Inner action with staff was not the best but acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't use the breakfast perk but from all appearances it looked quite fulfilling facilitating all appetites.”
