”Helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast ”

”The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne”

”The check in was slow and the member of staff was rude and unhelpful, although I did find other staff helpful. We had a suite and although we had a microwave there was no cutlery or crockery. I thought the suite could have been better equipped. The suite was clean and the bathroom was lovely.”

”Clean room. Nice staff. There was no soft drinks or anything but alcohol to purchase in the market by check in area.”

”Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit.”

”The room was clean and everything worked. The property is close to a train yard but the A/C unit had a setting that kept the fan on constantly which drowned out any noise. The bed was comfy. The shower had great water pressure. I liked having an ice-maker in the room. I arrived late and so the parking lot was pretty full, but I found a spot. I would stay there again.”

”Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed...

”We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.”

”Room was less than average. AC hardly worked. No real comforts in room. Music in lobby was so loud I couldn't hear the attendance who was checking me in. Staff was very friendly.”
