”Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold foods. Good coffee!”

”No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me. ”

” Nice neighboughood. Great mall within walking distance. Hotel pool was lovely. ”

”Room was very clean and staff was very responsive to our requests. Only downfall for us is that there was no self-serve laundry facilities onsite. Location was in a great neighborhood. We can't wait to come back here on our next trip to Nashville. ”

”The chairs were worn out. The fake leather was peeling on both. The bathroom sink didn’t drain”

”When you lay your head on a stained sheet and looked up and see dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, you know you’re gonna give it a one-star rating. And that’s not to mentioned an unaerated, clogged-up sink. The smell of a cleaning formula was so overpowering that I had to wear a face mask so I can sleep. 😮 Go figure.”

” This property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and in everything was in good repair. The staff was consistently friendly, even the young man who said I reminded him of Bea Arthur. I usually get Jamie Lee Curtis.. The breakfast was above average for the standard fare and the offerings were fresh. I highly recommend this as a overnight stop or for a longer stay to tour Nashville.”

”The floors were not clean. I let them know and they were going to send someone to clean but never did. The unit was well appointed but had very noisy appliances and AC.”

”There was refurbishing throughout the first floor which was not disclosed to us when we made our reservation. Also loud clientele fighting throughout the night.”

”Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. ”

”The facilities were average at best. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was average. The price was good but i would stay somewhere else next time. ”
