”Staff was not very friendly or willing to serve. Otherwise an ok stay.”

”Easy to reach Hotel which offered good value for money. Japanese restaurant in the same building was a good bonus.”

”Clean room”

”Gastvrije ontvangst en gezellige kamer. Stijlvol ingericht en goed verzorgd ontbijt.”

”Prima accommodatie, echter wel wat gedateerd. Goed restaurant!”

”I have stayed at Marijke often and always liked it because of its location and acceptable level of services. This time, for the second time, there was a problem with the water heater in the hotel and so on the departure morning we had a choice of no shower or cold shower. The cleanliness was also not at the normal level as room service dishes were left to the hallways for too long times and the room cleaning was spotty. But as always, Bergen was lovely, and Alkmaar busy and entertaining.”

”fantastic hotel! staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. would love to stay again”
