”Very Noisy room. Doors were slamming all night. Walls were paper thin and we could hear people talking in next room. Fitness center closed. Poor lighting in parking lot. Parking lot has a lot of holes and needed resurfacing. No sign for hotel so you can see from street.”

Huoneen siivous ei oikein toiminut, vaan jouduimme itse hakemaan pyyhkeet ja WC-paperit respasta. Aamupala oli todella surkea! ei juustoja, leikkeleitä ja ruuat olivat usein loppu klo 9 mennessä. Onneksi huoneessa oli jääkaappi, johon kävimme...

”I told the front desk that the outlet in the bathroom was not functioning properly, nothing was done, power went out in the room, and the fire alarm was set off after 11pm and we were told by the FD that we would be compensated because it was caused by someone smoking in there room. hallways smelled like marijuana at all times. door lock cover was broke ”

”Good parking an exterior of building looked good. Bad experience checking in. Waiting 15 minutes behind another individual to check in. Walked in to a sign that front desk would be right back, and finally were at the 15 minute mark. Floor was super dirty with lots of built up gunk in the corners and sides. Told my kids to not walk on the floor without shoes. Only positives were clean linens, comfortable mattress and good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, so no real breakfast....

”This hotel has received great reviews and was listed as the best in the area and that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. We wanted a more affordable hotel outside New Orleans for relaxing and swimming after a hot day in NOLA. There was supposed to be breakfast and a pool, but upon our arrival we were told that neither one was available due to Hurricane Isaac that had done damage to the hotel last August. I booked the hotel in January and not a word of the damage was mentioned. I even...
