”Vietimme 8 yötä hotellissa, jonka huonekoko oli hyvä ja langaton verkko toimi moitteettomasti, mutta saapuessamme huoneen kosteus oli erittäin suuri. Pidettyämme ilmastoinnin lämmityksellä useamman päivän alkoi ilmanlaatu olemaan huomattavasti parempi. Huoneen siivous ei oikein toiminut, vaan jouduimme itse hakemaan pyyhkeet ja WC-paperit respasta. Aamupala oli todella surkea! ei juustoja, leikkeleitä ja ruuat olivat usein loppu klo 9 mennessä. ”It was very clean the staff was very helpful actually suggesting that I received a bench in the tub which was awesome along with handicap rails also putting me in a room that was very close to the elevator as well as the entrance considering I use a cane the handicap parking was the closest parking available and I was able to use it along with the luggage racks. ”Pool not maintained, fitness room needs an upgrade. Room had no soap & shampoo & when I asked about Staff appeared bothered by my question. Room was quiet & is very convenient to airport”

”The pool had a bunch of ants and bugs around and in it. the bathtub was not clean the chair in the room was dusty the paint was chipped on the walls and the shower was rusty More food options for room service would be nice every time I went to the front desk the staff were speaking amongst themselves and took a while to greet or service you fruit in the snack shop should be replaced”

”Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.”

”First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible”
