”This place was perfect for a weekend at the lake with friends! However, the registration process with the rental company was a bit excessive. I don’t agree they need all of the information they requested for just a weekend stay. ”

Because of them, I would not recommend this property to others.Positives: The location is great, the square footage is sufficient, and there is a nice master bedroom suite. We also appreciated access to a garage, an upper floor deck with BBQ and fire table, and the second living room.Negatives: The beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable, to the point that some of us had to sleep on couches...

”This was an amazing site. Very clean and a short walk to many eateries. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy. But make sure not to get makeup on the towels, the cleaning lady doesn’t like that. ”

”The house was very cozy. We enjoyed the neighborhood so close to kings beach and incline village. Lots of hiking trails just perfect. The house amenities were right on point. Great place for our dogs, they love the backyard. Quiet area, friendly neighbors. I will stay again next time I return to Lake Tahoe. ”

”My family and I stayed in the Regency Way house In January. It was our second time at this beautiful house. We liked everything about it. Definitely the location is the best with parks and attractions nearby. Spacious, modern furnished house with outstanding and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed time spent in this house. I rated house as four stars only for a couple things. Kitchen faucet is broken and needs to be repaired, no lights in refrigerator and some pots and pans needed to be replaced due to...

”The house had mice that were running all over the kitchen, getting into our food and defecating on the counters. Dead mouse in the garage. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was ingested with bugs. We had to throw away food and clean up feces daily. The property manager only said this is common for Lake Tahoe. All my years of visiting Lake Tahoe I’ve never had to deal with this. It was disgusting. ”
