”Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, clean space. Very comfortable bed with a thick curtain that closes off the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. Located on a busy high end retail street but the room is very quiet. The air conditioning was a dream come true given it was literally the hottest Paris had ever been during our stay. Olivier was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, but also left us alone once we were all settled. We had no issues whatsoever so we...

”GREAT location. Beautiful home. The host made it easy to check in and check out at all hours. While we didn't partake in all the additional services (for a fee), we did get additional towels and use the car service from the airport. There are a lot of stairs and I do not recommend this location for anyone that is recovering from knee surgery, in a physically diminished state, or who cannot pack "light" as there are no elevators and you must get yourself and your stuff up and down the winding...

”A perfect fit for our combined business and leisure trip to Paris (April 2026). This property offers exceptional value and a seamless experience for two. To truly appreciate the charm of this location, we’d recommend a quick look at the local arrondissements beforehand—it’s a rewarding spot for those who know the city (or love to explore it). We’ll certainly be back and will be recommending it to friends with similar tastes. A sincere thank you to our host!”

”It took us 1 1/2 hours for the owner to tell us we’re the key was and that left us standing in the street with luggage. The place had no AC on the first floor as described. Hot and uncomfortable only two floor fans that were dirty. No sheets on the pull out sofa bed. Few towels not enough toilet paper. If you walked around on the floors your feet were black. Place was not cleaned. Bad lighting my son tripped on a wire at the top of the stairs and fell down ended up in the hospital with a...

”Our family of 7 had a fabulous Parisian vacation at this beautiful rental. The location a couple blocks from the famous and charming Rue Montorgueil, walking distance to many major sites and close to metro stops, can’t be beat. The property itself is so spacious and beautiful and the AC during the heatwave was a lifesaver. Julie is incredible to work with and makes every logistical detail simple. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Can’t recommend highly enough!”

”I am a very picky renter and the most important thing I need when I am on vacation is cleanness, beds I do not need to second guess and make me feel comfortable, and towels that I can use comfortably. Then comes the light exposure, amenities, comfort living and the neighborhood. This property checks everything. It is not luxurious, nor modern, however it is a cosy parisian style living. For those who want to have the French parisian experience with a house filled with books, 2 pianos,...

”The property was not easy initially to find. A street number on the address would help. On opening the door, the alarm was not turned off which left our ears ringing for about an hour from the loud noise. It also drew much unwanted attention until we reached the host who turned it off. There seems to be a men's shelter or halfway house a few doors down. We frequently saw men urinating on the street day and night. In the summer heat, some days the smell was just overpowering. This has...
