”Great hotel for visiting the Schwarzwaldhochstraße, and heading across the border to the Alsase region in France. We enjoyed the included breakfast to start off our day and had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening. The staff was very friendly and multilingual and helped us with our limited Deutsch. The room was comfortable and thankfully well heated. Thanks to the management and staff for maintaining an historic hotel from the 1600s and keeping up with 21st century amenities. We look...

”This hotel is situated right in the heart of the ´Bädeviertel´ - yet quiet and comfortable. After long walks around the quite manageable and cosy downtown we enjoyed a good night´s sleep even in the first floor facing a restaurant in the yard. The breakfast was amazing, served in a joyful manner. Every request fulfilled.The atmosphere was of a family-owned business even with the efficent cleaning personnel. A wonderful experience - we will definetly return.”
