”This hotel is centrally located and not far from the Festspielhaus. I was welcomed upon arrival with champagne/cremant, chocolate and friendly service. I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. ”

”My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions.”

Not pet friendly
"I understand that dogs are not allowed in restaurants in Germany but not even on the terrace at the hotel restaurant? In an empty restaurant? May be listed as pet friendly but is not. Otherwise it is like a travel back to East Germany in the eighties, out dated hotel. Can not recomnend to anyone. "
